Face Painting

I got started with face painting my senior year in high school. I was given the choice of skipping class while still getting credit, and as a teenage, who really would pass that up? A bunch of us students went to Farm and Tractor days in Rio Linda, and did constant free face painting the entire time. We worked quickly with our tempera paints and I loved it so much that I came back the day after on a Saturday, and I worked all day.

So now I work with professional face paints that are much safer for skin and a book full of my own face paint designs and I love every minute of it. I have painted the faces of a group of Girl Scouts and kids at an elementary school carnival. I spend my Second Saturdays in midtown under a blue sunshade making kids smile.

If you are interested in getting your face painted I can charge by separate design they run from $3 to $5 to $8 depending on the size of the design. For parties I charge $5 per face painted with a minimum of ten faces.

Hope to see you soon!
